Cruise to Mexico

We just returned from a 7 night cruise. We were celebrating my parents 40th anniversary and took them on a cruise. Congratulations, Dad and Mom! Our 5 kids stayed with Grandpa and Grandma. Eight days of spending time with my husband was wonderful. We enjoyed our time together and with my parents. On Sunday, we took the kids to Matt's parents house, ate breakfast, and said our goodbyes. A few hours later we were on the cruise ship and set sail. We ate the most wonderful food at least 3 times a day. We had a room with a balcony. We played shuffle board, the game apples to apples, and miniature golf. We won $110 at a game of bingo. We climbed a 3 story high rock wall (scary!). We watched an ice skating show, a juggler, a comedian, a magic show, and several music shows. We shopped in Cabo San Lucas, walked around several parts of Mazatlan, and had a four hour tour of Puerto Vallarta. I was also able to sit by the pool and read a book! We enjoyed God's beautiful creation on land and in the water. We saw so many whales and a sea turtle. We missed our children so much, but were very grateful to have this time to enjoy as a couple.
